How Consultations Work
Your initial consultation (90 minutes) provides a comprehensive overview of your health, nutrition, and lifestyle.
Your first follow-up (30–45 minutes) is typically held three weeks later to review progress and testing outcomes.
From there, sessions are usually monthly until you reach maintenance, then every 3–6 months to ensure long-term results.
Consultations are available virtually on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday (AEDT).
